As Deloitte Australia’s National Client Relationships Leader, she works with Boards, C-suite executives, and emerging leaders to strengthen partnerships and shape leadership for the next generation.

She also leads Deloitte’s Social Impact Practice, helping organizations embed social value into their strategies, and serves as the firm’s Race & Culture Leader, advocating for representation and inclusion across all levels of leadership.

Beyond Deloitte, Tharani serves on the Boards of UNICEF Australia and Settlement Services International (SSI), championing initiatives that empower refugees, migrants, and marginalized communities. As an Ambassador for the “Billion Dollar Benefit” campaign, she is helping unlock the economic potential of skilled refugees and migrants across Australia.
